Add Edit: Alan's "Criminal Entrepreneurs" were led by Frank "Blowtorch" Richardson and his Wye Valley Reclamation Company, together with it’s Belmont Finance and Loan subsidiary, supported by two other notorious local gangs - the well-known Gas Street Irregulars from Leominster and the Wormelow Pest Control Company.
